How long will it take to get my domestic U.S. order?

Orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt (Please keep this in mind for Next Day and 2nd day shipments). We ship via FedEx from Memphis, Tennessee and estimate between 2 to 6 business days for product delivery (after processing and shipment). Please anticipate 10-20 business days for product delivery for International orders (after processing and shipment). These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or FedEx delays.

*We ship from Memphis, Tennessee. Look at the map to get an estimate of how long it will take for USPS Priority Mail service to reach you. We do not ship to PO Box locations. The shipping address must be a physical street address.

Any return must be accompanied by an authorization number by email or the package will be refused.

We recommend sending a money order and we will ship within 24 hours of receipt. Send us an email so that we may look out for your order. For international orders, we require an International Money Order, payable in US$.

*Mail Order Note: Personal checks will require 5 to 7 business days for the check to clear before the order will be processed and shipped. Money Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

How much is shipping and handling?

Domestic S&H charges are automatically calculated upon checkout for the lower 48 states and higher for Alaska and Hawaii. Because International shipping rates fluctuate, we reserve the right to bill our customers for additional shipping costs. We will notify you if that is the case.

Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY METHOD: It is our policy to attempt to ship all merchandise within 24 hours of receiving a customer’s order. W.M. Barr ships all merchandise using United Parcel Service (UPS) via Standard Ground, with delivery expected between three to seven business days. We ship to all 50 states. However, if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please add two additional shipping days. Shipping Costs: Customers pay all shipping expenses for merchandise that they order. If a customer is returning merchandise, and it has been determined that the merchandise being returned is due to an error made by W.M. Barr, then we will pay shipping costs. Only Standard rate shipping charges will be refunded. We recommend using a shipping agent that has tracking and proof of receipt, such as United Parcel Service (UPS).

Refused Products
If ordered product(s) is refused upon delivery, the returned product(s) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling fees will not be credited.
