Shipping Information
How long will it take to get my domestic U.S. order?
Orders received after 11:00am Central Time will ship the next business day (Please keep this in mind for Next Day and 2nd day shipments). We ship via UPS from Memphis, Tennessee and estimate between 2 to 6 business days for product delivery (after processing and shipment). Please anticipate 10-20 business days for product delivery for International orders (after processing and shipment). These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or UPS delays.
*We ship from Memphis, Tennessee. Look at the map to get an estimate of how long it will take for USPS Priority Mail service to reach you.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally. Check availability upon order checkout at www.traskresearch.com/order.htm. If your country is not available please call (001) 866-370-2499 between 8am-4:30pm Central Time USA to speak with Technical Support regarding setting up an international order and shipping requirements/costs. There may be some exceptions, so please email info@traskresearch.com for additional information.
Do you accept mail orders?
Yes we do! Click here to go to our mail order form. Print out the form and mail checks or money orders to:
Trask Research P.O. Box 1879 Memphis, TN 38101 Any return must be accompanied by an authorization number by email or the package will be refused. We recommend sending a money order and we will ship within 24 hours of receipt. Send us an email so that we may look out for your order. For international orders, we require an International Money Order, payable in US$.*Mail Order Note: Personal checks will require 5 to 7 business days for the check to clear before the order will be processed and shipped. Money Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
How much is shipping and handling?
Domestic S&H charges are automatically calculated upon checkout for the lower 48 states and higher for Alaska and Hawaii. Because International shipping rates fluctuate, we reserve the right to bill our customers for additional shipping costs. We will notify you if that is the case.
